Frequently Asked Questions
ATEX 2025 will be held on 19th - 21st June 2025 at Magellan Sutera Resort.
For buyers; ATEX 2025 will provide semi-hosted arrangements, covering ground arrangements including accommodation.
For sellers; travel and accommodation arrangements are to be made by participants. However, ATEX delegates will have access to special discounted rates at partner hotels. The list of partner hotels will be announced soon.
For buyers; a refundable commitment fee of USD100 per buyer is required.
For sellers; the participation fee is RM500 per organisation/ USD100 per organisation
Business meetings will be arranged on-site using a walk-in, speed-dating format, allowing buyers and sellers to connect dynamically without pre-scheduled appointments.
