Buyer

The organiser is pleased to provide ground hosting for all registered buyers (limited to one (1) representative per organisation) throughout the duration of the event. This includes:

Buyer Pass – Full access to all event areas, including exhibition spaces, networking sessions, and exclusive buyer activities.
Accommodation (June 19–21) – A hosted hotel stay with daily breakfast for two nights (check-in June 19, check-out June 21).
Lunch for Both Event Days (June 19–20) – Complimentary lunch provided during the main event days.
Coffee Breaks – Regular refreshments and coffee breaks available throughout the event.
Hosted Welcome Dinner (June 19) – An official welcome dinner to kick off the event, providing a relaxed networking environment.
Hosted Gala Dinner (June 20) – A prestigious gala evening featuring entertainment, networking, and celebrations.
Hosted Post-Tour (June 21) – A guided tour showcasing local attractions, designed to provide additional networking opportunities in a relaxed and engaging setting.
Seller
1 Table – A dedicated display space for your products or services, appropriately sized to meet your presentation needs.
4 Chairs – Comfortable seating to engage effectively with buyers and visitors.
2 Seller Passes – Full access credentials for two team members to all seller areas and event venues.
Lunch for 2 (Both Days: June 19–20) – Complimentary lunches to ensure your team stays energized throughout the event.
3 Coffee Breaks for 2 – Regular refreshments and coffee breaks to keep your team refreshed and productive.
Sellers are entitled to special room rates at ATEX's official and strategic partner hotels, including:

a. Official Partner Hotel – Sutera Harbour, Kota Kinabalu: MYR 350 nett per night

b. Strategic Partner Hotels – Additional options with preferred rates are available.
